The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design and the European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies announce the 2024 Symposium ‘The City and The World’

Athens, Greece (July 4, 2024) – The Chicago Athenaeum Museum and The European Centre for Architecture and Design are excited to announce the upcoming 2024 “The City and The World” Symposium and associated events, scheduled to take place from September 20 to October 6, 2024, in Athens, Greece.

Join us on Friday September 20, at the European Centre-Contemporary Space Athens exhibitions opening in Athens to take part in the combined expositions that exhibit the best examples of international architecture and the most outstanding eco-friendly designs and sustainability projects. The duration of exhibitions will be from September 6 to October 6 with free entrance for the public.

On Saturday September 21, an evening of celebration and recognition will take place at the Divani Palace Acropolis in the form of a conference as we honor visionary architects and designers from around the world.

The Awards Ceremony will feature a showcase of award-winning projects that exemplify innovation and excellence in architectural design. After the ending of the awarding, a Gala/Dinner will take place to honour the winners and the prize laureates.
