Bergmeisterwolf – Italy

Michaela Wolf was born in Meran, Italy in 1979. She studied architecture at the Leopold Franzens University in Innsbruck, the architectural association in London and the politecnico in Milan. She founded Bergmeisterwolf with Gerd Bergmeister, an architecture and design studio based in Brixen and Rosenheim, that for 13 years has been offering answers to contextual and spatial requests.

The studio deals with different scales, private and public buildings and is active in the tourism, residential, cultural and interior design sectors. Her work, spread in Italy, Austria and Germany, has been awarded with multiple prizes and presented in conferences and exhibits, as well as published in numerous magazines, books and digital media.

In addition, she has participated as a jury in a wide range of architecture exhibits, conferences and prizes. She is professor “Entwurf und Raum” at the Technische Hochschule Rosenheim in Germany.
