Frédéric Einaudi studied at the National Superior School of Architecture in Marseille-Luminy before joining Paris-Belleville Architecture School for his Master’s. He completed his degree under Pierre Louis Faloci’s supervision in 2009. He then worked during a year in Switzerland with Guidotti Architetti and completed his professional certification (HMO) at Babin+Renaud Architectes in Paris, spending two years in this agency.
In 2013 he founded the architecture studio EGR with Maxime Gil and Anthony Rodrigues. The studio won the “Young Architects and Landscapers Album” prize in 2016. Besides his professional activity Einaudi undertakes a teaching activity, first in Paris-Belleville then in Marseille-Luminy. He supervised a workshop at the Venice University’s WAVE with Giacomo Guidotti. He co-founded the architecture review Cosa Mentale in 2009 as a co-editor in 2014.
Studio EGR founded in 2013 with architecture capacities, constantly mindful about its relationship with cities, the studio is committed to very different projects, in scale and in nature. The studio’s approach is sensitive to context, linkages, but also to the question of construction and shape. This is meant to foster an architecture that is both responsible and anchored in its era.
