The winning proposal for the socio-cultural and sports center is a dynamic complex open to its environment which offers complementary and modular spaces.

It affirms its strong multidisciplinary identity: franc single-story volume, marking of a mineral base, coated façade, and double-sloped overhanging roof reflecting the sky: the project tries to dialogue with architectural traditions and the natural site.

A mineral tier offers waiting areas, observation of a match or a show, contemplation of the landscape.

These «podiums» are new points of view on the environment, they are constitutive elements of the architectural concept around notions of ground, sky, and relationship to the landscape.

The question of architecture as a place of representation is important. It brings together the history of the sport, its protocols, its imagination, its uses. The coexistence of radically different uses can activate a new neighborhood life, contribute to sociability, change the territory.
