Project description : In the heart of the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, the Vivienne project involved the renovation of an existing office building. An intervention between tradition and risk-taking.

On the outside, the Haussmanian volume was preserved. On the crown, a Hainaut bluestone cladding covers the façade and roof, offering —with its softened edges— a singular and massive volume pierced with regular openings. These allow occupants to benefit from natural light and a panoramic view of the Place de la Bourse from the terraces now accessible.

Inside, the spaces are designed to facilitate the appropriation of volumes from users, while favoring optimal comfort and high-end finishes. Brass can be found on the window coverings, stone in the circulation, and the omnipresence of light oak for the floor and joinery.
