Project Description
The Art Construction Complex is located in Mati 1 quarter, a new urban development in Prishtina. The complex is composed of 2 buildings. One of them is detached. The second building consists of three sections A, B and C. Section B is completed, while Section A and C are yet under construction.
The buildings are designed to accommodate both the residential function and the commercial function on the ground floor. The parking area is designed in the underground floors of the buildings, and a part of them in the open area. The parking area contains 193 parking spots.
A structurally simple and systematic reinforced concrete designed building structure houses all apartments. Amongst the main project objectives there is the will to offer different residence layouts, which vary from simple apartments, to dwellings with a garden and penthouses. Typology of these apartments varies, from four -bedroom apartments to one-bedroom apartment. All the 143 apartments are oriented to east, south or west.
Since the primary purpose of the complex is residential a special importance is paid to heat the buildings which is achieved with the use of bricks. The brick itself offers the future users a warm feeling of home. The dominance of greenery also has a special role in the complex.
The first building is appreciated and honored the 'Residential Project of the Year ", in construction and real estate fair, organized by Relax, in March 2012, in Prishtina.
