Andrzej Truszczyński is a graduate of the Silesian Technical University and Ph.D. graduate of Krakow Technical University on the topic of: "Gamification of Architecture in designing public utility buildings on the example of water parks." He also expanded his theoretical knowledge at the KASSEL – Germany Technical University. He is an active member of the Polish Architectural Chamber. He is the co-author of, among others: Water Park Tychy, Water Factory in Szczecin, Water Park Chelm, Hall for Unihokeja in Warsaw, Hotel complex in Trzęsacz, Silesian Business Center Radius. Most often, he works with his longtime friend and business partner, Paweł Kobierzewski.

He is a laureate of numerous international awards.

He started working at the German company Schick Architekci from Karlsruhe with a branch in Poland during his studies. He became manager in 2010, then co-owner, and then CEO. Since 2019, he has been the president of TKHolding Truszczyński Kobierzewski, a group of architectural companies.

Andrzej Truszczyński is also a passionate skier, and since 2009 an authorized pilot with a PPL - Airplane SEP license.
