LINEUP Architecture – France
French architect Alexandre PLANTADY first studied in Lille ENSAPL, linked to Belgium and Netherlands. Being curious and interested in diversity, he completed his studies in Berlin and Porto developing a real European awareness. He then came to Paris to work with K-Architecture on cultural projects, such as the Theatre in Saint Nazaire and with Brenac and Gonzalez on programs for offices, headquarters, housing and education.
Settled in Rennes, he founded LINEUP Architecture since 2014 with Chloé LAURIOT PREVOST. In 2015, LINEUP won its first public competition for a global urban proposal on the entering district in Calvi. Since then, LINEUP has developed projects in Rennes and around for housing, offices and stores, urban spaces or design.
Based on a pragmatic and instinctive approach, LINEUP’s creative process aims to build spaces to share, fitting the changes in how people live and work, integrating various urban contexts. Concerned with details to ensure a global proposal, the team draws on research and experimentation to offer a sober and refined architecture.
