1. Project Overview

A. Purpose:

This project is a private residence designed to meet the homeowner's three primary needs: ① a passion for collecting, ② hosting social gatherings, and ③ providing a private living space. It creates a balanced home that emphasizes both personal enrichment and social interaction.

B. Functions:

The building covers four floors above ground and one underground level. Functional spaces include a wine cellar, dining room, underground BBQ area, billiard room, home theater, bedrooms, and walk-in closets.

2. Innovation

Harmony and Inclusiveness of Circular Design

The circular design symbolizes completeness and harmonious coexistence, representing the Chinese philosophy of a well-rounded life. Through circular elements, the design connects space with emotional needs, creating a comfortable environment with a strong sense of belonging.

3. Materials

Mirror materials enhance visual cohesion, while recyclable acrylic contributes to sustainability. These are paired with high-quality natural materials like marble and wood, ensuring the building's durability and aesthetic appeal.
