In the booming period of high-speed rail in China, connections between cities are efficiently enabled. Through the construction of high-speed rail, the birth of TOD will become the origin and destination of cross-city life. The Mobius Ring becomes the design concept of this exhibition hall. This spatial geometry is a one-sided surface with no boundaries like an infinite loop. In terms of the architectural form, instead of elevation and roof opposing to each other, it is a revolving and extending unit, creating a unique 'transforming' exhibition hall. The diverse interior space blur the boundary of display and public area.

The staircase hovering over the atrium guides people not just to exhibits but also to the exciting dome along the extended curve. Moreover, the elevated ground floor breaks the closure sense of normal exhibition hall, to encourage people to enter the 'floating' exhibition center, which giving visitors an imaginative weightlessness field. Besides display the contained works, the architecture itself is also an exhibit. The overall architecture is presented by linear language of landscape design and the reflection of the shallow pool.

The circulation also fits the concept of loop back and forth: Through entrance with the shifting light and shadow, the atrium is finally arrived as a ritual space. The huge glass dome introduces natural light into the interior, creating a light core that gradually fades the boundary between the building and its surroundings. Therefore, visitors can look up to the sky through the dome to see the surrounding world as if through time machine. Picking up from the rotating staircase, visitors will always be attracted by main exhibition area of atrium with different watching angles.

The shifting of light and shadow in different time interacts with the human activities, which produces unique experience that belongs to each visitors. The spiral facade is composed of two major materials: folding glass and bronzed triangular aluminum plates, with which can emphasize the contrast of light and shadow on the building. By dividing the folding glass in equal angel with the center point of the ritual skylight, the subdivision of the glass can respond to the overall rotation gesture elegantly with a standard modularization, creating a strong sense of regularity and radiation. Triangular subdivision of aluminum plates also gradient follow this rotating curve. The closer plates to this curve with larger hollow, so that solid facade can also have good natural lighting penetration. The building is supported by only eight columns.

The entire second-story space structure is a spiral truss which has no contact with the ground. Truss lever is consistent with the slope of the curtain wall, which is designed to shape the unity and harmony of the structure and facade. At the edge of the building's spiral surface, the light slot is integrated with the drain delicately, giving the exhibition center at night a more gorgeous and brilliant looks. Architecture, art, humanities and nature meet here, and they will open up people's imagination journey, exploring and appreciating the meaning of different beauty to people's lives.
