As the world’s first solid-state family of power stations, Yoshino offers a safe, sustainable alternative to fossil fuels, generators and liquid electrolyte lithium-ion batteries. While most power devices sold today are technical and masculine, our’s is less a tool than it is a lifestyle product, offering a reliable energy source in a range of contexts: family getaways, outdoor adventures, commercial job sites, emergencies. Our CMF design features a sophisticated matte and muted green and gray tone, hues which intentionally separate Yoshino from the very bright, technical primary color palettes common in the battery and power tool category. 

All elements of our design convey a premium and lifestyle product: the focus on high-quality materials, like the metal handle in contrast to painted finish on competitive products, as well as the bespoke UI design. This scalable design language is reflected across the entire product suite. Thanks to solid-state technology, we have the lightest, most portable, and safest option on the market with a class-leading power-to-weight ratio across all four models: B330, B660, B2000, B4000.

We realized early that - in order to advance clean energy - we must reach the most consumers possible, from professionals to families and beyond. 

Therefore, we intentionally designed the family more like an inclusive lifestyle product, appealing to everyone. While most power products are technical and masculine, Yoshino’s design is an energy source that is at once approachable, reliable and transportable making it useful in a range of situations: family getaways, outdoor adventures, commercial job sites and even disasters. Our design shows how a company can make products that make the world a better place. 

We designed Yoshino’s entire family to be both safer, more durable and more compact. Our engineers embedded cutting-edge solid-state battery technology using the latest in lithium-ion technology. Yoshino’s entire product suite encompasses increased safety, compactness and efficiency into a truly portable package. Valuing scalability and distinctiveness, each of Yoshino’s power station’s are immediately recognizable as part of a family unit. Our design includes a strong, ergonomic metal handle that forms a continuous band and can wrap vertically or horizontally around the shell, making it easy to pick up and move. 

Dynamic, angular, yet soft geometric features accentuate power while conveying stability and approachability. On each of the four models, the glass dish surfaces on which the user interface and display rest is shatterproof. This helps reduce impact, ensuring the products longevity even with regular use. Finally, for the two largest units - the B2000 and B4000 - the UI display is doubly protected by both extended trimming and wrap-around handles. 

Thanks to Yoshino’s solid-state technology, we offer the lightest, most portable, and safest power option on the market with a class-leading energy-to-weight ratio that is up to fifty-percent smaller than the competition. Our battery stations can recharge from zero-percent to eighty-percent in as little time as forty-five minutes. Recognizing the need to power many types of devices as possible, we included between eight-and-eleven outputs depending on the model in on-the-go charging for everything from AC to DC wattage devices to USB-connected electronics ensuring

We can power everything from the smallest products all the way to large household appliances. We were thorough in our attention to detail, even including in our design a built-in LED flashlight, making Yoshino more convenient buy reducing the need for a separate light source. Further exemplifying our attention to detail is our inclusion of wireless charging in our two largest models - the B2000 and the B4000. Yoshino strives for a future of sustainable existence by curbing carbon emissions and harnessing renewable energy sources. After years of dedicated research and development, Yoshino engineers developed the Solid-State pouch-cell battery. 

This innovation has made portable power stations safer and also paved the way for more sustainable energy storage solutions. These solid-state batteries boast up to two-and-a-half-times higher energy density, longer cycle life and enhanced safety compared to their liquid-electrolyte counterparts. It’s twenty-to-thirty percent lighter than even LiFePO4 alternatives.
