The Shenzhen International Low Carbon City (SILCC) is one of the eight national low carbon pilot cities.
This project aims, from the expert perspectives of planning, architecture, and landscape, to achieve a balance between high-density community and low carbon emission, stick to ecological urban development, pioneer the low carbon practice in this region, and become a national demonstration project.
