The design draws inspiration from the natural form of a boulder, which served as the starting point for creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing lamp design. The challenge lay in connecting the support and lampshade in a stable and intuitive manner, efficiently integrating the light source and wiring without compromising the design's aesthetics. This resulted in a composition where the conical shapes of the support and shade interlock seamlessly, ensuring a firm connection and a clean look. The support, widening towards the bottom, provides the necessary stability.

The lamp features a simple design that suits both classic and modern interiors. Its form creates a balanced composition between the shade and the support, making the whole functional and visually coherent, thus engaging with its surroundings.

A round GX53 LED lamp was chosen as the light source. This selection aligns well with the dimensions of the lampshade, ensuring efficient and even light distribution. This makes the design practical to use without sacrificing aesthetics.

The lampshade and support are manufactured using injection molding with R-Polycarbonate, a recycled plastic that is circular and meets the requirements for strength, thermal stability, and dimensional stability. This material allows for the production of complex shapes with high precision while contributing to the product's sustainability.

R-Polycarbonate is recyclable, making the design not only technically sound but also aligned with the growing demand for sustainable materials in product development.

The design results in a functional and sustainable lighting fixture that is both aesthetically and technically well-conceived. It combines form, function, and material in a way that makes the lamp suitable for various interior styles while contributing to the product's sustainability.

Beyond these ecological aspects, an attempt was also made to create a timeless and robust design that can be used by different generations, thus forming a bond with its user.
