The FF.C6 is the first electric bike from Flying Flea, a brand endorsed by Royal Enfield. It continues Royal Enfield's legacy of innovation by creating a new category in the global electric motorcycle market. Inspired by the iconic 1940s Flying Flea, the FF.C6 is engineered for both the present and future, offering a smart, nimble, and agile experience for urban explorers.
It breaks traditional motorcycle molds with its retro-modern aesthetics , a beautiful Sculpted Frame, mechanically elegant girder forks and a state-of-the-art fin design on the battery case; all embodying the ‘Live Lightly’ philosophy.
The FF.C6 reinterprets its historical inspiration, merging classic design with cutting-edge innovation to celebrate freedom, agility, and design purity. Its minimalist silhouette includes a floating saddle, headlamp, true-round display, teardrop tank, and an artistic high-tensile frame. The forged aluminum frame features a signature bent stroke that dynamically extends into the rear swingarm, conveying both strength and fluidity.
This "Frame over body" exoskeleton design supports agility and poise while embracing a compact powertrain, resulting in a smart, nimble ride. The sculpted lightweight aluminum frame is its defining feature, making the motorcycle appear dynamic even at a standstill.
The magnesium-cased battery showcases functional fins that offer passive cooling and a dynamic appearance. Its design theme, "Tradition Meets Technology," is evident in the dynamic front fins (odd sequences) symbolising innovation, and the subtle rear fins (even sequences) embodying tradition. Both arrays twist and merge into a graceful wing-shaped scoop, symbolising the fusion of past and future.
The modern girder fork is a bold departure from conventional telescopic suspensions, blending mechanical elegance with minimalistic design. It enhances tactile feedback for a direct, connected riding experience, with clean lines emphasising structural integrity and exposed fasteners reinforcing precision. Integrated lighting and seamless cable routing preserve visual purity, aiming to evoke an emotional connection with the next generation of riders.
The Flying Flea team within Royal Enfield comprises over 200 engineers in India and the UK, dedicated to developing its own motor, battery, BMS, and custom software. With over 45 patent applications filed, the end-to-end technology has been developed in-house. An exclusive EV manufacturing space will be set up at Royal Enfield’s Vallam Vadagal facility.
Flying Flea is a bold new chapter in Royal Enfield's legacy—an entirely new brand born from our deep heritage, and designed for the future. Rooted in authenticity, sophistication, and lightness, Flying Flea follows a category-defining approach. With the FF.C6 (and the upcoming FF.S6), we are not just introducing vehicles; we are introducing a feeling that riders have never experienced before.
Developed within the innovative 'Flying Flea Tech Center', these machines integrate proprietary technology, cutting-edge software, and seamless connectivity. With Flying Flea, we are not just taking the City+ mobility to the next level, we are creating an entirely new category within it.
