This stretcher is specifically designed for use in extreme environments such as mountains, canyons, and snowy terrain—where wheeled stretchers are not practical. It is also frequently used in sports scenarios, for example, to transport injured soccer players, or suspended beneath a helicopter for rapid evacuation in emergency situations. The stretcher is built to withstand the harshest conditions while remaining lightweight and easy to clean. Its construction combines durable blow-molded plastic with a robust aluminum frame.

Multiple handles are strategically positioned along the aluminum tubing, allowing safe and flexible access for any number of operators, regardless of the situation. Four reinforced attachment points are integrated into the central section of the stretcher, ensuring secure and balanced lifting for helicopter evacuation. The design prioritises ease of use, hygienic maintenance after each deployment, and a rugged, high-value aesthetic that aligns with the Spencer Corporate Product Design (CPD) language.
