As innovation leader in the area of plastic extrusion Reifenhäuser presents the newly-designed central components blown film die head, extruder and winder for the blown films extrusion line EVO. The new design underlines the innovative character of the components, allows their optimal integration into the whole system and at the same time optically reduces the technical complexity. The simplified basic shapes, the smooth surfaces and the horizontal orientation result in a harmonious, high quality and precise overall appearance for all three components.
The subdued colour scheme emphasizes the intense blue of the Reifenhäuser logo, which contrasts well with the pale background. Technical areas as well as functional elements that must remain partially uncased are set off in dark grey. Handles and other control elements are not designed as “add-ons”, but integrated into the whole. The same goes for storage spaces, media elements and peripheral parts. The deliberate formal reduction makes the plant a real eye-catcher and optimizes its ergonomic quality.
