The project seamlessly blends the Investor's values with product synthesis, featuring an architecturally elegant, minimalist building with an industrial interior. Comprising two volumes forming a symbolic "gate," the structure fosters movement and communication within the production facility. Prioritizing simplicity and material integrity, the design integrates a glass front elevation into the mountain landscape.
Composite panels with anodized aluminum unify office and production areas. Overcoming technological constraints, the building incorporates a reinforced concrete skeleton with wings separated by an internal courtyard. Lateral elevations are independent, freestanding aluminum structural facades—the tallest in Poland.
Energy-efficient systems, including waste heat-based heating, ensure low CO2 emissions. The nearly seven thousand square meters of open space environment encourages conversations and worker integration. Meticulously designed conference rooms, suspended cubes within the patio, showcase steel and glass construction. The raw material interior, finished with precision, reflects the Company's commitment to the highest quality products.
