The proposed 7 ha development site is located South of St. Ives, in Cornwall, United Kingdom. The site rises naturally and benefits from excellent views out to the north Cornish coast of Carbis Bay.

The holiday resort provides high-quality accommodation whilst being accessible to the local community. It consists of a 42-unit apartment-hotel, 92 holiday villas, a central Piazza, Bistro/cafe, Bar, Games Room and Children's Club, Shop, extended Leisure Centre, Ancillary support Areas, and the 29 existing villas.

The masterplan for the resort fully addresses the site's unique features proposing an eclectic family of buildings in a natural landscape. The villas cascade naturally down the site's existing contours, orientated to take advantage of the unique views.

The concept developed for the buildings allows them to integrate seamlessly into the landscape.

Three feature buildings have been incorporated into the masterplan and 'showcase' the high-quality bespoke architecture.
