Moscow, Russia
Prime Park is a landmark development creating a genuine new urban quarter in a developing part of the City of Moscow. The scheme comprises circa 377.200 sqm high-quality residential towers (and 18.000 sqm of educational facilities and 12.000 sqm commercial area).
The heart of the scheme is a large 6 hectare beautifully landscaped private residents' garden (200 trees, thousands of shrubs, and other plants). The existing site was a poor quality retail building and car parking with little ecological value. The creation of significant areas of new landscaping will positively affect biodiversity and significantly increase the ecological value of the site.
Dyer has designed a sensitive yet exciting scheme, combining modern architecture with classical and elegant references that will sit delicately in the city's developing skyline, enriching the area's existing character.
It's not just about designing buildings but defining a new lifestyle for the residents.
