Located near the downtown area of Nantes, the project set up in a new urban development area close to the central train station. The project is divided into three separate entities : a public car park with a public space and a urban farm on the roof, an office building for french national railway company and a housing tower block which offers views towards the city. The project combines different scales of constructions and proposes various public spaces on different levels connected to each other in order to create a « pedestrian scaled environnement ». By proposing different roof and terraces levels and offering multiple transparencies, architecture makes the private and public manners perceptible from the street and try to intensify street life in this new neighbourhood.
