Under the direction of the architects Juan Manzanares Suárez and Cristian Santandreu Utermark, this studio is dedicated to the creation, adaptation, modification and management of architectural and urban planning projects of all kinds. The studio undertakes building, urban planning, interior design, furniture design, and art installations projects. It specializes in projects related to the tourist sector and has carried out numerous projects in different hotels in Spain and France.

Project Description

Processing the apartment in the historic center of Palma, seeking spaciousness natural light and guiding all living spaces to the sea views. The house revolves around a small central courtyard, where the vertical communication with the upper terrace is also solved. Using glass and mirrors on walls and furniture, a set of cross  views inside and  optical illusions generated by modifying the transparency of the glass according to use. The blue upper terrace is designed like the deck of a ship, where the  furniture appears and disappears mechanically.
